The City of Richmond has issued a bid opportunity for 7241P – Consulting Services for Lansdowne Major Park Master Plan which you have been invited to bid on. The City will develop 10 acres of park and public open space as part of the redevelopment of the existing Lansdowne Mall site. This new city-wide park requires an overall vision to reorganize and unite the park with the surrounding environment and its future development.
This is an exciting opportunity to design for one of the greatest future parks at the city centre in Richmond, and we are looking for a team of qualified professionals, preferably led by a Landscape Architectural firm, to submit a competitive proposal for this Master Plan work.
