The City of Richmond proposes to engage the services of a qualified Consultant team to complete a design and tender package for the works associated with Aberdeen Park - Phase 2. This includes: an “exchange garden” (based on a concept plan provided by the City of Zhengzhou, China); a new playground; an event stage canopy; and a public washroom facility.
The Proponent team should be led by a Landscape Architect (accredited by the BCSLA and with demonstrated experience and proof of past work including photos and references) and include consultants, as necessary, with, at a minimum, the following expertise:
Electrical Engineer (APEGBC)
Structural Engineer (APEGBC)
Mechanical Engineer (APEGBC)
Civil Engineer (APEGBC)
Geo-Technical Engineer (APEGBC)
Architect (AIBC)
