This Provincial site provides useful information on drought levels across the province.
The site links to the BC Drought Information Portal which includes historic BC drought information, interactive drought maps, West Coast Stream Watch (a low flow monitoring program for priority watersheds) and a 7-Day Average Streamflow Map based on river discharges and water levels from Water Survey of Canada (WSC). Access to the Portal requires basic ArcGIS - it is free!
